On Monday, we sent miss Halli off to her first day of first grade. This year started great. There weren't the jitters that she had last year, and she was way excited to get started. Everything seemed comfortable and familiar, so she seemed ready to get the school year going, although she was still a little nervous, the first day of school is always a little nerve wracking.
There's not too much else to say, she's loving her teacher and her class, and I'm just glad she's happy and enjoying it there. Although I think she's most excited to be carpooling with Blake.

Our sweet girl who is growing up WAY too fast! With her hair short, she looks even older, I'm anxious for it to grow out again. We love you Halli and can't wait to see everything you accomplish, you're amazing!

I love how she has her hand in her shirt. I did that all the time when I was nervous. She's so cute though! Hope it stays great!
Wow, first grade! I'm so glad all went well- it made ME nervious just looking at the pictures! It brought back those nervious-excited gidders of the first day plus how fast it's going to come for Katelyn!
