I was all set to fly out to St. George to meet up with my family and hang out for the weekend without kiddos, except Lexie of course, when Ike hit. This in turn created ALOT of work for Kevin and his brothers, so he's been working alot this past week. Because of this, and the fact that he was supposed to watch Halli & Peyton while I was gone, we've added the other two girlies to our vacation posse, and extended our trip.
We're off tomorrow and I've got to say, I'm a little nervous. I've got a three hour flight ahead of me and three kiddos to keep entertained and happy! There is one spot of good news though, a wonderful lady in our ward happens to be on the flight. She has been my babysitter every Sunday, cuddling Lexie while I take care of primary stuff, so I know she'll be a HUGE help, and I'm so grateful for that!
I'll let ya'll know how it went, assuming we all make it in one piece.

I'm so sorry you had two more passengers with you on your vacation get-a-way! And you were so excited that it was just going to be you and the babe! Darn! I hope you still got a little rejuvenation just by being away from your own home! I know sometimes that can be great or maybe even make things seem worse (if there's too much to patrol with the young ones!) I need to get all of your updated numbers!
After making it through that storm- you deserve a good vacation :) Have fun- I sure love St. George!!!
