We have been having some absolutely BEAUTIFUL weather here this past week, and I just had to get the girls outside to enjoy it.
We've been homebound for quite some time with a stomach bug that went through two girls, and after that cabin fever we're loving being outside. I also decided to take a few pictures, cause I haven't done that much lately, and I like the practice.
So for no real reason, other than they are the cutest girls I know, I have way too many fun photos of Lexie and Peyton enjoying the weather. Halli was at school, but the way she's been lately about having her picture taken, I'm sure she was glad.
We sure do love these little girls, and it just seems like they're growing up way too fast. Hopefully I can do a better job of slowing down and trying to enjoy this little time I have with them.
I once read somewhere that when our kids are babies, the memories of that time are ours, but as they get older, their memories become more and more their own, and we get to have less and less with them. I can totally see that, now that most of Halli's day has absolutely nothing to do with me or her family, and I will have no memories of that time in her life, whereas she will have (hopefully) wonderful memories of her school days.
I'm gonna miss these memories with them as they grow up, so I really need to soak it in now.

Oh that makes we want to do everything I can to document my memories with Ashlyn when she gets here.. but I know me and know that probably won't happen.

So adorable! Still can't decide if Lexie looks like I did at that age...it's close.
aaahh I know! That's my biggest fear, that I'll waste time and memories while we still have all this time together.
Good thing to really think about. Those girls are adorable!
What I love about your girls is that they all look alike but look very different at the same time! Does that make sense? Cute pics!
