When my parents were here last week, I did what I always do, and put them to work. We got Peyton/Lexie's room ready. My dad went to work putting up the beadboard paneling, and my mom and I painted (although she did more of it than I did, I pretty much tried to keep the girls out.) I love having another room finished, and it is so calm and relaxing in there, so in a few months when we move Lexie in, it'll be all ready for her. The beautiful curtains are compliments of my amazing mom! She did a GREAT job and they look SO elegant! I love the way they just finish off the room!

Again, what a great room! I can't wait to have a house again someday to do fun things inside, but I doubt it will be this cute! :) I love the curtains. Your mom did a great job. She should go into business. Both of you should.
I clicked on the pic to look at the artwork and laughed at you little stash of pacis! I wish my kids would have taken them!
Did you make the amoiur? It is very cute!
yeah, gotta love the paci's...peyton takes them ALL to bed with her at night, silly girl. The armoir was my grandmas, we just embelished it with the molding, and added new hardware.
Oh yes..the "green room.' :) We need to have many more little chats in that room... it's so claming & peaceful. ;) Love it! You & your mom did a great job once again!
i love the room! i think bead board is so cute! you guys did such a good job.
What a cute room. you are so talented at decorating. good job, once again!!!
Another great room!!! I love the armoire. It is such a great piece of furniture.
I just wanted to let you know I emailed you about doing some invitations for Elsie's first birthday. I wasn't sure how often you checked it. The rooms you have done are adorable you are a talented girl. Talk to you later.
Yeah I love the armouir to.. too bad you STOLE it from me. but what ever, I have totally forgiven you for that.
I love the room! I am in the process of doing my own grily room and I am loving every minute of it. I wasn't sure if my curtains were too long or not, so I was glad to see yours. They look great! I can't believe your mom made those. What happened to our generation? I wish I could sew..... kinda.
