So, since it had been awhile since I wrote, I thought I would write about what happened in our lives since the car accident. For two weeks we were waiting to get a new car, since the Montero was totalled. It really was a minor car accident that happened to total the car. We couldn't buy a car at that time because we were scheduled to close on our new home within a week or so, and you can't have any new loans added to your credit or the loan companies may just back out at the last minute. This brought us to December 1st, we closed on our house that morning and drove straight from there to the car dealership where we picked up our new honda oddysey. I LOVE my new minivan (I never thought I would be saying those words).
So we moved into our house and Since I'm in the primary presidency and I'm over teacher support, we had scheduled a teachers inservice at my new home two weeks after we had moved in. I really didn't know if I was just plain crazy or not, but it turned out pretty well. We unpacked pretty quickly and got christmas up just in time for the little party. It all went so well, and I was so glad to have had that extra motivation! Halli loves her new home and her new car and she voices that opinion fairly often, it's pretty cute. Peyton is just getting used to going up and down the stairs all the time, but I think she's handling it pretty well.
Also, just two days ago I had another dr.'s appt and had another ultrasound done where I was able to see the baby again! This is one active baby, I don't think I ever saw the other two move so much during an ultrasound. The baby was kicking and waving its arms and it flipped right over too! It was very precious to see that. We also set a date for our 20 week, where we'll find out the sex. Kevin is positive it's a boy, I just don't want him to get his hopes up too high. But we'll soon know!
Other than all that good stuff, its just been a busy Christmas season, I officially bought my last present today and I'm done! well, except for the wrapping which is what I should be doing right now, but that's no fun. But I'm really looking forward to Christmas morning and seeing Halli so excited. I love that she in anticipating Christmas so much more this year, it really makes it seems a little more magical, that pure belief in Santa. She asked for an Ariel Counter for her kitchen the other day, and I said that I don't know if they make that. She looked at me like I was crazy and said, "the elves can't make that?" I had been put in my place. If only I could remember how it felt to believe in santa so firmly.

Hi! Yep, I'll be looking at blogs all night tonight! No Grey's and no Sean. Your blog looks soooo good, I really need you to help me give attention to my header! Did you get any good pics from the school party yesterday?
I'm excited to hear what you're having...hmmmmmmmmm...maybe you should start taking prediction. I'll put in boy for my prediction, but if it's a girl, she'll just add to the William cutness. Such an exciting time in the pregnancy!
Why didn't you tell me you had a blog!!! :) LOVE the new house! glad you are doing well!
I know if you have a boy your father-in-law is going to explode. If I remember correctly, I believe he said there would be a reward :)
Boys are lots of fun, so I'll put my bet on a boy too. Of course, girls are great too!!
Kids are the best at reminding us of sheer joy. I love Christmas and dread the day when my kids stop believing in Santa.
